Sergio Giangaspero è un chitarrista classe 1965 da più di 30 anni impegnato in attività live con vari gruppi.
Recentemente ha ripreso ripreso e aggiornato un proprio repertorio di brani cantati, che non era mai stato pubblicato, alcuni composti molti anni fa, altri più recenti.
Dopo un lungo lavoro di riscrittura, ha preso forma un album di 12 canzoni, di cui ha scritto testi, musiche e arrangiamenti.
Il risultato di questo lavoro vuole collocarsi in un genere non chiaramente definito, quasi un ibrido tra pop e folk - alcune musiche sono sicuramente di facile ascolto, altre presentano una scrittura più elaborata - in cui l’autore racconta storie (appunto, “favole”), a volte vere, a volte solo verosimili.--------------------------------
Sergio Giangaspero is a guitarist born in 1965 who has been involved in live activities with various groups for over 30 years.
He recently resumed and updated his own repertoire of sung pieces, which had never been published, some composed many years ago, others more recent.
After a long rewriting work, here is an album of 12 songs, of which he wrote lyrics, music and arrangements.
The result of this work wants to be placed in a genre not clearly defined, almost a hybrid between pop and folk - some music is certainly easy listening, others have a more elaborate writing - in which the author tells stories (precisely, "fairy tales"), sometimes true, sometimes just plausible.
